Structured programs in AI literacy, economic readiness, and systems change. Paid cohorts cross-subsidize community access — so the communities who need it most can lead through disruption, not just survive it.

Founded by Angela Watts, the organization brings together expertise in health, human services, community engagement, and systems transformation to help organizations move from ideas to measurable impact.

Village Strategy Group partners with nonprofits, public sector organizations, and community leaders to build sustainable strategies, strengthen operations, advance equity, and support innovation.
